Scope of Services: Services will be provided as outlined in your selected package, proposal, or agreement. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a written amendment.

Payment Terms: Work begins only after a contract is signed (if applicable) and the required payment is received. Social media management services are billed every 30 days. Failed payments may result in service pause.

Accounts with unpaid balances beyond 7 business days may have services suspended until paid in full.

Website Payment Plans: Website projects may be divided into installment payments. An initial payment is required before work begins. Delayed payments may delay project timelines.

Term & Termination: Ongoing service agreements are typically structured in multi-month terms. Either party may terminate according to the written agreement terms. Outstanding balances remain due by the end of the contract term or termination date.

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables. MJA Designs retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

Limitation of Liability: MJA Designs’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. Under no circumstances shall MJA Designs be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
